LORDY LAWDY!

So… the BBC has announced that the thespian Ncuti Gatwa (an anagram of “a cwt in a tug”!) will take over from Jodie Whittaker as the star of ‘Doctor Who’.

They inform us that the “…29-year-old Scottish actor… who was born in Rwanda… (“Shome mishtake, shurely?” Ed) will become the 14th Time Lord on the popular science fiction show, and the “first non-white performer to play the lead role”

But... there’s still a long way to go!

What about the first left-handed Doctor… the first ginger-haired Doctor… the first Siamese twins Doctor (or should that be… ”Doctors”?), the first Doctor with an M.D., a T.C.P,, or a B.M.W?

 

My choice would be a lagomorph Doctor Who. Yes… none other than the great Bugs Bunny! “What’s up Doc?” Well... the Tardis is… sometimes!
