CLUCKWIT
News from the BBC that. Louis Theroux thinks... "It's harder to get programmes made about risky subjects because broadcasters like the BBC are playing it safe."
He is quoted as saying. that broadcasters like the BBC now had "a temptation to lay low" and avoid difficult subjects for fear of causing offence.
If Mr. Theroux actually said, "lay low", it beggars belief as to how he gets a job as a jaunting journalist.
Way back in the 1950s one of our teachers at primary school told us that hens lay, and people lie... both through their teeth, and in their beds.
If I am causing offence with this blog, then so be it!
