TODAY...

OH BOY!

Two news items on the box caught my eye today...

The first was... "Video game GENSHIN IMPACT earned an estimated $2 billion (£149m) in its first year, from mobile phones alone"

When I saw that, I thought "Wow... with money like that to be made, I reckon I'll try and get some of the action." The problem is I haven't the faintest idea where to start... although I have got a title for the game... it will be called... SWITCH OFF AND DO SOMETHING CREATIVE!

The second story was about someone who had been found guilty of murder being... "sentenced to a whole-life prison term.", which apparently is different to being sentenced to "life" in prison. where a number of inmates have been released after serving less than six years!

Curioser and curioser!

So now, if you go into your local branch of McDonald's and ask for a burger, they will enquire, "Do you mean a burger or a whole burger?" Hmmm?

Come to think of it, according to the legal system in this country, an apple could be an orange!
